Desktop Manager Window Crashing ..

Hi guys,

My DMW is crashing sometimes, mostly when i watch youtube or other videos online... i get this error or the PC freezes and i need to restart or logoff to get it to work:

fresh w7 ultimate install, same problem.. ANYONE?!
