I have a problem that just came out of the blue: when I right-click on the desktop the cursor gets into busy mode and just stays like that for about 20 seconds untill it shows the context menu. May I mention that I have Windows 7 x64 SP1 and make tweaks all the time (minor registry ones, services according to black viper's guide, disable unecesary stuff like tablet imput, system restore etc.) and I'm close to madness . I really don't want to do another reinstall for such a nuisance. Please help me!:(

A tweak too far perhaps?

Since you don't know what you may have done to cause this, can you remember when the problem first started, and perform a system restore to a date before that?
