Device connected sound

Hi, I am having problem with a device connection sound without any device being connected and when the sound pops up, my pc freezes for few seconds and its happening very frequently like every 10 minutes. please I really need help thanks.

Hello Animesekai, and welcome to Seven Forums.

It sounds like it may be a idle HDD that was turned off being turned back on causing this. If so, then you might see if using the tutorial below to set Turn off hard disk after to Never in your power plan settings may stop this for you.
