Device Driver problems

Half of my drivers in device manager is not loading properly. I previously had Avast as a Antivirus before and completely removed it with it's removal tool as well. I switched over to Avira free but then decided to remove it. I had it set to block autoplay devices including cd dvd roms. I removed it and now half of my devices are not working. I have no restore points before Avira was removed. I tried updating all invalid devices and uninstalling but no luck. I also tried microsoft fixit but still no luck. I don't know what to do. I also tried installing avira back and redoing options but it still didn't work. I am attempted to do a clean install of windows but I want to know what else I could try to get these back before I decide to do so. I have a windows 7 ultimate 64bit SP1, an asrock 970 pro 3, a sapphire vapor-x 1gb 5770, AMD fx 6200 6-core, and 16gb ram. The devices that aren't properly installing/working are as followed: CD/DVD rom, Generic PnP monitor, Universal serial Bus (USB) Controller, my processor which has 6 device entries non of them are working properly I don't know how or why, and my HD sound driver. Everything else works fine, my lan, external drive, etc but the ones I listed aren't working (sorry I don't have pictures of these and don't have anything to take pictures with it). Is there any other way I can fix these before I decide to wipe everything? EDIT: I just looked it over somemore and there is an error code on it. It says error code 3: low on system memory or resources. I don't know how I can be when I have 16gb ram and 6-core processor. Also I have 660GB harddrive free space left.

Hi rockanroll,
Your drivers are sat on your d drive,
you need to open device manager select the error devices and update them from my computer,
the low memory is being caused by 5 of your processors not being active, no driver present the above will fix it

I am not sure what you have just told me to do. Sorry I am not the smartest person here. I don't know what you mean when you say it's set to d and I need to update them from my computer. I have tried right clicking each invalid device and clicking update driver but that doesn't help, if that is what you meant.
