Solved Device driver software not successfully installed.

So i've just took of windows 10 and put windows 7 on instead, im sure you know why. And since then none of my usb devices will connect and install their drivers. my usb mouse and keyboard essentially do not work. I've been at it for hours trying to update drivers and such but nothing is working. Im not a genius when it comes to PC's so I do need help with this. i'm currently using a borrowed ps/2 mouse and keyboard to type all this and would love to get my peripherals back soon!

By which process did you remove Windows 10 and reinstall Windows 7?

Hopefully, you used the Windows 7 install disc which came with your custom built desktop computer to reformat and reinstall Windows 7.

I had it done in a pc shop and they used an install disc and such, the install of windows 7 wasn't dont by me

open device manager, look for any problem device/s, suspect its the usb controllers.
if so post the pciven & dev details
(right click properties >> details >> hardware IDs.)

My mouse is gigabyte not razer, and I downloaded synapse.

Hi Jake,
Thats interesting.
In that case can you
turn OFF/disconnect your mouse, keyboard and any other USB connected devices

Now please DELETE those 4 drivers
right click >> UNinstall, it will more than likely ask you to confirm.

REBOOT

go back to device manager
They should be gone

Now turn on your keyboard mouse,
Install the driver when requested.

Whats showing now.
