Device Update Problem

I have 2 devices in my Device Manager listed in other devices both called Base System Device, and the location of the device is in PCI bus 3, device 1, function 2, and the manufacturer is unknown and when I try to update them Windows can't find driver software for them. Is there any way I can find out what the device is so that I can update it?
