How long can you run it that way.
Could you give us more detail on your customer cooling loop?

280 rad and a 240 rad custom water loop touch wood so far it's been stable 4+ hours gaming with bioshock infinite

Stress tested with aida64 and heaven benchmark max settings

How long are you stress testing with AIDA64 before you consider it stable and make changes? I've found that a good mix of stress tests such as AIDA, Prime95, and Intel Burn Test will show you if your system is truly stable.

Here's what I usually do.........

Run Intel Burn Test first since it's the fastest test
Run Prime95 for about 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure you have a water cooler so you should hit your max temps well before then.
Run AIDA64 for 30 minutes for the same reason you ran Prime95 for 30 minutes.

IF your system fails ANY one of those tests, it's not stable so you need to make an adjustment. When you get past that, run the AIDA64 stress test for several hours without using your PC. I ran it for 12 hours before I considered my OC stable. If you can make it through all of that, you are good to go.

4 hours and in the background heaven benchmark battlefield 4 what I would use on a daily basis I find over 4-8 hours over kill
I have been a long user of aida64 and find there just as good as other stress testing software also I use Intel xtreme
