if you have legit keys for diablo II or starcraft, you can register them, and download installers for them (if you loose your disks, i suposse)
when your done with all the sign up stuff, there is a "beta opt-in" link that will download a system analysis app, that uploads your system specs to blizzard. and they'll ask which games your interested in testing. all the reading material is on their site.
