Diagnostic Problems

My son has an acer notepad. It has suddenly stopped connecting to the internet and says there are diagnostic problems. I have made sure all updates are up to date, taken out the battery and put in again but still cannot get a connection. Wha can I do as there is no button on the notepad which switches on the wireless connection

Can you post a screenshot of ipconfig /all (run it from a command prompt: type and then run cmd at the Windows Start Menu).
