Hi. I have a windows 7 pro. 64 bit machine. I bought the Diamond VC500 video capturing device. I installed the Diamond VC500 software and drivers and managed to get it to work from an online guide. (There are other users that were having problems getting it to work on windows 7). My computer recognized it fine and I could capture video from it fine.
I had to do a system restore to a previous backup and since then i haven't been able to install the drivers or software for the Diamond VC500 correctly to get it to work.
I keep getting this message, "This program is blocked due to compatibility issues"
here are 2 screen shots of the 2 errors im getting.
Please help me fix this issue. I know it worked once. Now I cant get passed that message.
