Did sysprep, now computer restarts when I see windows logo, won't boot

On my other computer :

I ran sysprep

it restarted

and it won't go past the windows logo

I tried safe mode, same problem, it won't even go into safe mode actually

This might indicate that there is a problem with your system files, because windows cannot load it properly.
If you do not have recovery media with you, please create it by following the tutorial How to create recovery media - Windows 7 Help Forums, we'll probably need it if the recovery partition gets damaged/corrupted.

What is needed is a command prompt to check the system files for any problems, command is below

sfc/scannow
