Solved Difference between MouseHoverTime vs. ExtendedUIHoverTime?

I'm a n00b to Windows 7 tweaks. I've searched far and near and could not find an example of what MouseHoverTime does, I know it sounds self explanatory but would like an example of what situations MouseHoverTime comes into play.

I have already sped up ExtendedUIHoverTime and MenuShowDelay to '1' and DesktopLivePreviewHoverTime to '0'

I read through all the tweaks here on the forums, but the MouseHoverTimetweak does not explain what gets affected.

ExtendedUIHoverTime specifically affects the hover time of thumbnail previews on the taskbar. So far I only know that MouseHoverTime is a global tweak, but I guess that's all I need to know?

Mouse hover time = the delay time, in milliseconds, that the mouse pointer has to stay hovered on a item before tooltip popups display. If the hover time is set to 1000 milliseconds (just as an example) you'd have to hover for 1 second before the tooltip appears.

I believe (and I could be wrong) that the Extended UI Hover Time does not appear in the registry natively. I think it's a user created DWord value that helps extend or shorten the preview times in Aero Peek Preview, Live Preview (how long it takes taskbar thumbnails to appear), and possibly the sidebar gadgets.

Yes, ExtendedUIHoverTime does not appear natively and is user created. I'm finding MouseHoverTime much less work and easier to find than creating ExtendedUIHoverTime. I think I'll be using MouseHoverTime from now on.

What I've concluded is ExtendedUIHoverTime is a target tweak and only modifies a specific area, MouseHoverTime applies to everything which I like and while others may not.
