I'm making custom .ico files out of png images and when I label them the same as a previous icon it displays that picture. When I create a new icon labeled Untitled-1 then later re-label it to the create icon then remake another icon Untitled-1 it displays the previous ico file.
Also I have an album plus a remix version both titled the same but the album art is different yet the ico file displays the same name. How do I stop it behaving like that as it will display the correct picture if I relabel it something different but not as a previous or same title
