Different keyboards, different layouts?

I have two keyboards - one on my laptop, and a USB one I use with a docking station. However, the layouts are different - the laptop has a Swiss-French layout and the USB is US/Australian.

Is it possible to set somewhere that the laptop keyboard always uses Swiss-French layout and the USB one to use US? This is just so I don't have to keep switching between the two when I move around...

It's not so much changing the layout, but 'assigning' one layout to one physical hardware device (i.e., keyboard), and another layout to a different keyboard, at the same time.
