hye..i cant use the troubleshoot feature on my windows 7. it always give an error 'a problem is preventing the troubleshoot from starting" why?n how to fix it..tq

have you been disabling services?

type services.msc into the search box on the start-menu, and make sure that 'diagnostic policy service' is started and set to 'automatic', 'diagnostic service host' and 'diagnostic system host' are both manual.

you may have to reboot before they work.
