I use Acronis but a few weeks ago it failed reading a backup from the hard drive and I had to reload from scratch. Now I want to also have a Windows backup. When started up it lets me select my E drive, but from there the only button is "Save settings and run backup." So where is it [the backup utility] going to put the backup? Is it going to wipe out all the data on my E drive and replace it with the backup?

I am not about to click proceed until it tells me what it is ready to proceed doing.

What if I want a second backup for safety's sake? How do I tell Windows: "Yeah, I know there is a backup there. Leave it alone. Make a new one <here>!!!

How do I tell it: "I don't want an incremental, I want another complete backup on that same hard drive. But don't lose the already existing backups."
