I just need a upgrade instalation.

can I do in this way ?
can I copy / Excrate the ISO file's contents ( setup files ) in a folder ( D Drive )
and simply install it using setup.exe file ?

Extract the installer files using 7zip, PowerISO trial, or WinRAR trial to your Vista Desktop and run Setup. If you want an in-place upgrade, choose Upgrade so your programs, files and settings will be retained

If you want a cleaner install, choose Custom and it will overwrite your Vista installation and put all files into a windows.old folder.
