direct x stops working

Every time i reboot my computer direct x stops working. The main game i play is tibia and in this game you can run it with direct x 5 (not even worth playing) direct x 9 or open gl. after rebooting the only one that works is direct x 5. the only thing i have found that fixes this is to re-install my graphics drivers but that only works until the next reboot. if i don't re-install my graphics drivers every time i boot up my computer i cant play any games or have my windows bar transparent. i have attached a dxdiag.txt file but it says there are no problems with direct x as far as i can see. it also started working after windows update ran and updated 12 things while shutting down. when the computer booted back up it everything worked until rebooting again.

This only started happening a week or so ago. all my system specs are posted

Any helpful advice would be vary much appreciated.

In your spec it is showing DirectX 11

Yes it shows direct x 11 and shows no problems that I can see when I run dxdiag.
