DirectX 12 on Win7 x64 - doable? "No Installation is Necessary" (DX11)

The installer says my DX is latest (DX11 duh seriously?) and I wanna install DX12. Are there any good installers like hacked/cracked or each will say exactly the same? I've seen some videos with shady links on yt and people say it's all fake.

You can install DirectX 12 on windows 7 some videos on YouTube are fake but I found some info on a forum and finally installed DX12 on Win7 x64.

At first I installed VXKex and after I run a DirectX offline installer (not web) with VXKex enabled and Report different OS Version enabled with Windows 10 and the setup updated the DirectX to version 12. Then I uninstalled the VXKex to see if there would be any problems, fortunately everything worked correctly.

The process was like the installation of DirectX 11 and Extended Kernel on Windows XP but it is very complex and not a 4-click exe files.
