DirectX feature - Sound

I have problems with finding DirectX Feature under Sound 1 and Sound 2. There simply isn't such thing. So people i'm asking for your help with this. All that and more i could configure on XP. So where i can find and configure all that on Windows 7?

there isn't much you can do inside Directx.

You will need to ensure you have the drivers installed for your soundcard for windows 7. If all else fails, the last resort, use Windows Update.

Restart computer
run "dxdiag" again.

You may have to post a screenshot of the dxdiag.

Well, far as I remember, That stuff has gone since well Windows Vista.

Youre talking about the tests etc right?
If so, then yeah, that feature was removed since Vista was in private beta..

To test your videocard/s use 3DMark Vantage or what ever they call it.
There are many sound testing apps out there, sorry I can't think of their names :sarc:

One that comes to mind, but bare in mind that it's a 30 day evaluation is Passmark tool

So far looking at your screenshots, you got nothing to worry about "No problems found"
