Hello to everyone!

First, to all the moderators, I don't know if this is the right place where I will put this.. Please, move it if necessary. Thank you! :)

I have this DirectX installation problem where I cannot install any version of DirectX. I noticed it when I need to install DirectX 9 because it is needed by one of my installed application. When I tried to install the included DirectX file of that application, an

"An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem."

showed. (Please refer to the attachments for these files)

I also tried to download DirectX 9, thinking that included file of the application may be damaged or something, but unfortunately, same error occured.

Please, help me if you have time. If additional info is needed, please let me know. Thank you to all who will help.

P.S. I have a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OS installed with a DirectX 11 (as per DxDiag).

Three weeks have passed but no response even one. I already do a clean install of Windows 7 and it fixed the issue. For those who will encounter such problem, sorry to say but reinstalling Windows will be the "worst but best" fix for you. But better not to encounter it, so good luck.

I solved this by unable my antivirus protection for a while. I don't know why but it seemed to work though. Those who have this type of problem may try this too

Worked for me too for some reason. Can't see why, but I really don't care since it helped :) Thanks :)
