Hi Friends :D

Is there any way to disable and re -enable media center at will ? Dont laugh at me , one of my local friends asked it to me , and I told him that I will answer him after two days :o Please help me .

Will doing this preserve:
1) my history of shows I have recorded
2) schedule of shows (movies and tv series) to record
3) wish list of shows to record
4) choices of shows (movies) to record in the future (shows that are not currently in the guide)
