disable system startup repair

I have a system Hp pavilion dv6 6121tx with windows 7 home premium installed in it..
I recently factory resetted my laptop due to some problem and it worked well at the first time.. then I restarted my system and I got window indicating System recovery.. Which I found during my factory reset time.. And each time I restart my system the recovery option is displayed..
How to disable or get over this problem???

Please post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk Management drive map with listings. Screen Shots

Sometimes you can get rid of autostarting Repair by running Startup Repair a few times from System Recovery Options. It may have issues needing resolved, including possible bad configuration.
