Disable the automatic creation of some Libraries...

Windows constantly keeps creating the 4 default Libraries (Music, Videos, Documents, Pictures) after I delete them completely, and that's really annoying for me.

I do use some custom Libraries I create, but I don't need the above default ones, Is there anyway to prevent Windows from creating them automatically?
