Disable the Windows Key

Hi, does anyone know how to disable the windows key in windows 7? it always crashes my games if i acedently press it. I'm using build 7600 x64.

What kind of keyboard do you have? I know Logitech's software allows you to disable it when you are gaming...

I read that one first....except it doesn't show you how to remove the Windows Key functionality in its entirely...

Shawn...if you want to add the reg key I made to the tutorial...it disables that key entirely until you delete the key from the registry...

Disabled Left but not Right....

Hello. Thank you Zidane for your useful .reg file. Unfortunately, it seems to only have disabled the left windows key for me, and not the right. Can you post can updated one which disables both keys? Thank you!

I have not, but I seek to disable the Windows key entirely, rather than just disable the Windows key shortcuts, which the tutorial expressedly does not accomplish.
