Hmm first of all loving the new Win 7 RC.
Except for a couple of minor problems it's great.

But the one thing I can't seem to fix is how to completely turn of thumbnail caching like it was possible in winxp under folder options.

Can anyone help me accomplish this ?

Thanx in advance

I think it may be the first option i the view tab.

"always show icons - never thumbnails"

If this isn't what you need....sorry....not sure what it would be.

I was actually thinking of the "Turn off caching of thumbnail pictures" policy as you will notice there are a few related to caching thumbnails.

Ok. However the highlighted setting was exactly what I was looking for :)
