When you have 2 Windows up, the one in the background "dims" or 'grays out" is there a way to disable this?

I hope I did this right
EDIT: I did! Okay, you see how one's a lighter color than the other. I have Defraggler in the front and Firefox in the background and it dimmed out.

That appears to be the normal 'active window' and 'inactive window' behaviour.

You may let
Windows 7 Aero Blur Tweaker a go . As I never use the default areo, I never face the text blur, or any other blur ... so dont know what it does actually.

Not as such but you can use "Advanced appearance settings" to make active and inactive windows identical.
