You can add and remove user accounts on XP Mode as you would on any normal XP machine. Two important things to remember:
XP Mode does not allow user accounts without password when integration is enabled. You must use password, otherwise you can not log in (you can log in with an account without password if integration features are disabled)
If you want to add standard user accounts to XP Mode, you have to manually add the user to usergroup Remote Desktop Users. Read the tutorial here
Just boot XP Mode, go to Control Panel > Users and add the accounts you want to:
Shut down XP Mode, go to XP Mode settings, delete saved XPMUser logon credentials:
Reboot XP Mode, click Use another account:
That's it.
