Solved Disabling A Warning ?

Hello,

I keep getting that screen when I start a particular program asking if "Do you want the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to your computer ?"

I know about where you can set this warning to a lower level of warnings, but it apparently does that for ALL programs.

Any way to just disable this warning for just this program ?
