Scenario; I use auto hide for the taskbar. I am using program 'x' in full screen when program 'y' sends a notification in the background - one I do not need to see or know about incidentally.

This causes the taskbar to pop up, and stay up, in my way until I click on it. It covers crucial parts of the program I'm using in full screen until I dismiss it. With a program like say Skype or Discord as program 'y', this is happening every few seconds, every time someone sends a message. This is incredibly annoying.

I need a way to totally disable the taskbar popping up every time anything happens in any other program that is running. Any ideas? Thanks!
