Disabling time reading every hour...

I once set it that every hour the time will be spoken out loud
by a woman's windows voice and i can't remember how to disable it.
so... if anybody knows how and what settings needs to be changed
please help me out cause it's realy annoying.

Thank you so much! Apparently its a Nexus dock feature and i disabled it.
I thought it had somthing to do with windows 7 but its okay now.
