Disk Defrager Corrupted/Deleted; Install Problem

Firstly, I'm unable to start defrager. I've tried everything and when I choose properties, tools on my hardrive and try to start defrag that way, a message pops up saying defrag is not installed on your computer.

So, I browsed to my windows\inf folder. In there your suppose to find a file called ( dfrg.inf ), this would re-install defrag but it is NO WHERE to be found. I even downloaded the Everthing App to search for it. It doesn't exist and was possibly deleted.

Windows built in defrag should of been installed with the system.
After doing as AddRAM suggested.

Go to the Start Orb and type in defrag. It should just pop up. Just tick on it.
If by chance you have a SSD defrag will be turned off.

No manufacture of SSD's recommend defragging a SSD.

Not sure where or what start orb is? Is is just the start menu? Basically, the scan is complete but can't fix files. I think ccleaner accidently deleted a defrag file somwhere in my system so now it's corrupt.

ALso Task schedule is corrupted with 57 corrupted files that pop up. The actualy page comes up, unlike defrag though. Basically I'm trying to get these programs back.

CBS log above, CMD says corrupted files found but can't be repaired.

If it was my computer I would start off by running these programs.
goopdateres is some sort of B/S Google installed.
