Hi

I have recently upgraded my PC from XP to Win 7. Everything seems ok.
However when I look in Disk Manager my C drive contains the following.

Healthy(System,Boot,Page File,Active,Crash Dump,Primary Partition)

Sonds strange to me,is it ok or should I be concerned.Thing like Crash Dump sound worrying to me.

The disk is a single C.Partition. The partition is also shown with diagonal line shading.

Any help would be much appreciated.
