Solved Disk Driver Problem

I am hung up on this.
I was a user of ATI from 2009 thru 2012. Finally got tired of chasing the bugs and went to Macrium. I noticed in device Manager I have a message -- "Windows did not start a related device driver. To learn more, click the Driver tab and then click Driver Details". It relates to fltrsv.sys which is an Acronis file. All drives show the same message though they are functioning.
In regedit when I remove references to this file I BSOD on the next boot and have to put in a restore point to get going again. I can not find the file running in services and Process explorer does not show the file under the services tab. Process explorer shows it in the driver tab as being started. I know I am missing something here but I can not put my finger on it. Here is a couple of snips from device manager of one disk but they all show the same thing. How about some suggestions.

What it sounds like is when you unistalled Acronis a file didn't leave, so you may have to install Acronis again and then uninstall it again. I'm don't use Acronis so i'm not familar with how easy they unistall, some people use Revo uninstaller to remove hard to get files.

Your suggestion is an option and I have been considering it. Just haven't done it yet. I have several images that I can restore. I just don't know when it occured. If a restored image has ATI on it I can do another uninstall. I use Revo.

Here is a bit more detail.
My hard disks show four drivers. Two of which are not supposed to be there.
They are Acronis ATI drivers which I have uninstalled.

fltrsv.sys and vsfltr61.sys

I can hunt the files down and delete them but these entries still show up
in the disk driver list. Since they do not exist I get a message that there
is a driver problem (meanwhile the drive still functions).
This leads me to the registry to look for the loader. Here is what I find.
There are various other entrys related to Acronis (135 to be exact) Many
are "bag MRU" entries.

HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\fltsrv
(Acronis Storage Filter Management)

HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\vidsflt61
(Acronis Disk Storage Filter (61))

If I delete either entry or both I blue screen on the next boot. Some one
well versed in the registry might be able to see the culprit entry.
I can not up date the drivers via the device manager. It evidently finds
the two correct drivers in the list and is satisfied. My saved images do
not go back far enough to load a good image. I may be in for a clean
install. I have tried cleanup files from Acronis and they don't get it.
I'll UL a zip file with a list of the entrys from the registry if that
would help. I am open for suggestions.

I tried the suggestions in the post and failed miserably. Looks like I am in for a clean install. It is probably the best solution, although I am not looking forward to it. I would advise anyone considering ATI 2012 to read this post (linked) and give it considerable thought. That is about the best thing I can say for Acronis at this time.
