I bought a brand new Seagate 2.5" 500GB laptop hard drive to replace an old faulty disk that I use as backup. Notice that is not one of those ready-to-use USB combos, it's a regular HD.
The disk arrived today, so I unpacked it and threw into an USB caddy. The problem is that after to plug the cable to an USB the Disk Management not recognizes it (it doesn't show up in the list).
