DISM usb3 drivers fails install.wim

I used DISM to inject usb3 drivers into the boot.wim
but it errors out on install.wim

any ideas why?

DISM does not work on W7, use SURT, and USB3 drivers are not part of the parcel, you have to D/L them from the provider.
