what do you think is my gpu have have problem my system all of them geezz ^_^.. the issue is within version i tried changing version of my card still crashes persist but in that game only DRAGON NEST is a 3d game i think it has very high gaming specs but i guese i have all it takes to run the game but that "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" is this windows 7 issue do i need to reformat or change my OS into XP? will this changing OS will help me not encounter that error?
I hate to advise people to try and fix their computers by buying parts at random and testing to see if the new part will fix the problem. It is not an intelligent way to do this.
But if you insist (and resist) then I will tell you that the problem could be a faulty video card. The 200 series nVidia and corresponding series in AMD were problematic.
W7 is a very graphics intensive operating system that takes full advantage of the advanced features of a graphics card, which XP did not. Does this make it the "fault" of the OS? No. The more powerful OS simply exposes the defects.
So if you do not wish to bother yourself with doing any diagnostics on your own to see if it may be one of the other, cheaper to fix reasons people get these error messages then you can replace your video card for a start.
Better, if you can borrow someone's video card (of equal or greater version) then you could test your system for a bad video card without paying money to do so.
Be sure to completely remove the old video card drivers and related software from Remove Programs before trying any new card.

ok but i dont know someone have card to spare me ahahah cos im busy working and this gaming is just my past time after work and seems i cant play this game pity i thought i got all it takes to run this game coz of my cpu specs...but this game breaks it all.. but how can i open and play that game? as far as i know you cant play a game if your not running a system that is within there requirements but i guess i have it all that's why i can open it and play but this "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" seems to let me give up on that game.. what if i install windows xp 64 bit will this problem still persist??
Everyone Including me is having this Issue if you have had a MS update
The new Netframe work might be the culprit ever since i got updates by MS and installing a new Game I get the driver failed recover every 5 to 10 seconds very annoying
So far I have found no fix others say it mght be the Flash device i tryed clean installs etc even going back to old drivers nothing seems to work
Formatting im afraid will just send you back here again
Lets hope these guys figure out the problem and upate the software again

A few days ago or so I found programs would suddenly shut down after a single click. Also controlling files became problematic because a single click would mysteriously open a file, instead of e.g. merely selecting it. And when trying to map a file location, my computer would do one thing and I was doing another. Everything I try to do is now controlled by a System Permission so I'm not sure what
