when you say clean out, you mean, disc cleanup, defrag, crap cleaner, etc?

I, um, don't know how to update the video drivers.

when I said clean out . I should of said take side cover off and blow out the computer with compressed air. making sure you unplug computer first. go to hp support site and see if they have an updated driver. or go to the video card manufacture and see if they have an updated driver for the card if it separate from the motherboard.

Let me ask you this- (I am scared to do this.) if it screws up my PC, I could do the system restore?- but if it screws up the video, I wouldn't be able to see the screen to do the rollback. Does that make sense?
