Display failure

Once in a while display fails followed by system crash without any special reason. Tried to update driver but is found up to date. What is the problem and solution? Can anybody help?

1. What method are you using to determine if your driver is up to date?
2. Please fill out your system specs in as much detail as humanly possible. We need to know what we are working with.
