hey all! i'm having some issues with my laptop and was wondering if anybody could help me. i'm not very technologically sound so please bear with me.

here is some system specs:
Acer Aspire 5732Z
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz
RAM - 4.00 GB
64-bit OS
Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1

my laptop keeps freezing up pretty sporadically unless i'm running certain programmes, then it tends to do it every 15-30 minutes. the display freezes but when i wait for it to unfreeze on its own it will freeze again within a matter of seconds or a few minutes so i usually restart my laptop. sometimes when i leave it to resolve the freeze on its own, the display goes to a blue screen with white writing on & then restarts itself.
i have AVG & AVG PC Tuneup & i've defragmented & repaired disks, i've repaired & defragged the registry, i've got rid of junk files, i've done system restores and none of those worked. i've gone through my files and deleted a bunch of them to free up space etc but my laptop still freezes.

i've attached my system info as it can probably provide with you more accurate information than i can!

thank you for reading & helping :)

First thing to suspect is overheating.
Do you use the laptop on a hard surface or with a cooling pad?
Have you blown out all vents with canned air? (DON'T use a vacuum or air compressor as they can cause damage)
Is the fan blowing air out of the case when the system is on? Does it seem excessively hot?

There's no evidence of memory dumps in the system info file, but your description is strongly suggestive of that (a blue sceen with white writing). So, please provide this info for us: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html
