Hello guys! I really need someones help. I my video card is nvidia geforce gt 520mx
So this is what happened:
Right Click on background > Screen Resolution. I accidentally switched the display that shows everything that happens in the monitor to the one that does not.

Here is a picture I made using my other computer:

I pressed "Detect" and after it showed 2 more blanked displays.
In the "Display" there was something like "Only show display 1" (which is a default display) and "Only show Display 2" which is the display from geforce 520.

I wanted to get rid of the other displays, but accidentally pressed on "Only show display 2"
So now my laptop does not display anything, it became blank.

When I restart laptop and click on "Start Windows Normally" it shows Windows starting and then everything becomes blank.
When I restart laptop using "Safe Mode", the computer starts but I cannot change the display to the default one, it shows totally different display.
Here is a picture I made in safe mode:

What can I do to solve this? I tried to do "System Restore" in safe mode but it shows some weird window

Hi osuman

Hi osuman ,
My name is George I work for Social Media and Community Outreach Team at Dell.
With regards to your concern mention below are few steps to help you in resolving this problem .
Boot to Safe mode and perform the following steps
·Open the Control Panel (Icons View-Windows 7).
·Click on the Device Manager icon.
·If prompted by UAC, then click on Continue
·Click on the + sign next to the (Display adapters) device you want to uninstall to expand it.
·Right click on the listed device and click on Properties.
·This will uninstall the device and leave the device driver still installed for the device.
·Restart the system in Normal mode this would fix the issue
Or if you would like to have a step by step instruction please click on the below link :
