Hello zaAk, welcome to Seven Forums.

To do key re-mapping, use software like Autohotkey or KeyTweak.

There are good reasons to why it's not easy to do that.
The best I can think of is to use a special font that has the glyps interchanged as you want.

The real question is, why do you want to do that? What problem are you trying to solve?

Windows provides no facility for doing this. It could be done with third party software but it would not be easy. Windows provides multiple methods for rendering text on the screen and all of them would have to be intercepted.

I have no interest in searching for software I do not believe exists.

Whatever you are trying to accomplish there has to be a better way.

Jumping in! I too would like to do this. A '?' question mark is not allowed in a file name along with seversl other charactors. I would like to show a ? in a filename. Eg, if you type (hold down 'alt') & type 0191, you get ¿. If you could re-map it so as it appears as a ?, its a ? but its not really,it just appears so.

(''alt+ 0176 = ° degrees its 96° right now! - alt 0178 = ² squared, 4² =16, etc, etc)

Duckiduckgo asci. - alt codes, etc, , ,

-c-

Before many years i had changed that with some changes in registry(no software and it was easy ), but now i dont remember how to do it again. On the picture below you can see that the dot " . " has changed to " - " and " - " has changed to " A "
