dll flies for livemail

Morning I used to have a Windows live mail email address. But it got lost when it changed to Hotmail /then to Outlook.com,i am trying to get back to live mail but I keep getting a message that say's I am missing a file,
WLDCore.dll. what is this and how can I install it again.

Hi Maxi .I looked at this before posting my question, but unfortunately I don't understand it.is there anything a bit simpler .

Hi there ... Seems like there is a Registry Fix too .. But i would prefer the one i Posted in the second post
