DNS Fails after any change to Adapter settings.

I have a problem that is just killing me. If I modify any IPv4 setting in my wireless adapter (or wired for that matter), I lose DNS lookup capability. This surfaced sometime ago but it is a real problem now. I bought a new Wireless-N adapter and cannot install it because "any" change at all results in the DNS Failure. I have done everything I could find with regard to suggestions: I uninstalled Nortorn Internet Security. I reset the TCP stack, I even reset permissions on the Registry. I manually cleaned up all the old adapter items in the registry. Nothing has worked. Also, I uninstalled Windows Updates back to October of last year and tried uninstalling any software that was installed in the last 3 months. So, I am stuck - reinstalling windows 7 ultimate is just not an option. I have IIS setup (test bed for 4 live websites I maintain) , a mail daemon and tons of other programs, it would take me weeks if not months to get everything working again. So, anyone have any suggestions. Note: I do not use the Broadcom Wired Connection, but I need to keep it in a disconnected state (not disabled) because the Mail Server (Mdaemon) stupidly only checks for a wired adapter and won't even startup without one - even though it works just fine with a wireless.

Here is my ipconfig /all output:

try adding these two numbers in the router DNS and then turn the adapter DHCP to enabled...

Already use OpenDNS servers Router and PC. Also, I tried DHCP and it did not make any difference. Also, DNS Client was cycled, etc. So, been there done that. Just couldn't list everything I tried. All, the standard suggestions did not solve the problem. Something is screwed up in the DNS association with adapters but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. Thanks for the suggestion though.
