DNS Server Isnt Responding

I'm connecting internet through Samsung Android 4.1 Mobile to laptop via USB Tethering.Internet is working fine in mobile but unable to connect it through laptop.
I Had problem with network,troubleshooted,and problem found as
"DNS Server Isnt Responding",which is unable to fix.
How to solve the issue?

Assuming it's actually the DNS server (and that is a very specific error message) - try this:

Yes,I had tried DNS Address to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220,But still the same problem persisting.

Shownig erroe message as DNS server isnt responding.any help would be appreciated..
