DNS Server Not Responding

Help regarding this matter, I received this message saying "...DNS server not responding" and noticed a big changes with my internet speed, it slowed down after receiving this message. How can I fix this? Anyone can be of help?

Comparing my internet speed before, mine has reached 1mbps maximum but lately, the interned speed went down to .40 to .50+ mbps.

Have you tried to use Google DNS? They are as follows.

DNS is 8.8.8.8 and ADNS is 8.8.4.4

You may use them as exchanged too.
