Scroll to settings. Network and connections. Usb utilites and select mass storage and then connect usb. A green droid should now come up. Now click on connect usb storage and the drivers should be done. Also download android sdk and install it

The HTC should come with a disk with the required software on it or have it loaded on the memory card in the phone, though as this is a phone from eBay you might be better getting the latest software from HTC direct Links to the software are on this instruction page
