Hi just new here hope someone could help, I am unable to install Sage Instant Accounts on my PC and have downloaded and run Tweaking.com all in one repair I still think that there is something wrong with the Registry but when I type COMMAND the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR I get a box that says DO YOU WANT TO ALLOW THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM FROM AN UNKNOWN PUBLISHER TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS COMPUTER Program Name CMD.EXE can someone tell me if I should allow this please.

Before you try that, i would recommend CCleaner to Clean up your registry and and clean any dead ends.
