Do I need To Update "Intel Control Center"?

I use "Sumo Updates Notifier" to notify me of various updates. It recently notified me of an update for "Intel Control Center". I presently have version 1.2.1.1007. There is a new update, 1.2.1.1011. Do i need this update?

Nope, not if the one you have is working for you.

Why are you using Sumo Updates Notifier ? You don`t need it.

What are you using Intel Control Center for ?

"Intel Control Center" is a default program that came with my computer. I don't know the purpose for it.

Hi,
I don't see why not updating would be an issue
It gives heads up to Intel drivers updates.
You can it manually too but just opening it should have a search and install option in it.
