I just updated my win7logonbackground changer, changed the background and 3 files were created on my desktop. WMA, enable background and disable background, which are both .cmd. Do they have to stay on my desktop or can the be deleted?

Yes, you can delete or move it if you like. The program creates it's own copies of the image into the C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds folder.
